Each piece of such Furniture is unique and slight distinctions are possible between the picture and actual product.
Placing an order
Please check dimensions of the entrance/door to your home/office/shop/building/premise before buying, so as to ensure that there is no problem in getting the product inside. In such a situation we will not be able to accept return or cancellation. There are some items that you will need to assemble on your own. For this item please check the details above. While we provide kits to assemble these items, you will need to arrange your own carpenter for assembly. Wherever Kuber Furniture provides, the carpenter visits will be scheduled subsequent to the delivery of the item.
After order recived we will take 7 days to ship the product and product will reach in standerd time period as our service partner take , we ship our product with our delivery partner.
For all items that are expected to stand, ensure that the item is steady and straight. Unevenness up to 5 mm happens due to difference in surfaces and floor levels and is an accepted industry standard. Bushes will have to be attached to balance the item. Please report the item to our Customer Support team and we will take it on from there. In case of dust or a lack of shine, rubbing the surface with a cloth will help. This is an accepted method for cleaning the surface of a furniture item and making it shine.

Your item arrives in damaged condition. All claims for damage must be made maximum within 7 days of receipt of the item. Your request for a repair or refund will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the damage to ascertain extent. We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team. You have an option of getting a full refund or repair of the product that was received in damaged condition. Refunds for furniture returns will be processed when the item(s) has been picked up by us. Hence, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for reverse and then subsequent refund to process.
No cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.

Damaged If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a carpenter service from kuberfurniture.com to fix the damage.
Defective If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
Difference If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.
Missing If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
What’s NOT Eligible For Return?
Installation Issues – Wall mounting installation services are not offered by kuberfurniture.com and therefore, return requests because of customer’s inability to get the product wall mounted will not be processe
Relocation – After an item has been delivered to you in perfect condition, in the event of the subsequent dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly etc, please note that we will not be responsible for any damage to the product.
